If you’re not 100% satisfied during the thirty day period following delivery of your Sleeper Helper™ to you, then return your Sleeper Helper™ in its original condition and packaging for a full refund, less shipping and handling.

Sleeper Helper™ Limited Warranty

Bower Useful Products, Inc., warrants to the original purchaser that the Sleeper Helper™ will be fully guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty days from the date of purchase, provided that the Sleeper Helper™ has been used according to the provided instructions (requiring proper use and storage and avoidance of abuse, such as damage to the corners of Sleeper Helper™).

Our obligation under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any Sleeper Helper™ which may prove defective under the conditions and during the periods described above.

Before returning a defective product, the product should be carefully packaged and delivered or delivery charges prepaid. The customer shall be responsible for all damages incurred in shipping.

Except for the express limited warranty set forth above, Bower Useful Products, Inc., makes no express or implied warranties in this agreement or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bower Useful Products, Inc., disclaims all warranties, written, express or implied, including all warranties of merchantability. Bower Useful Products, Inc., expressly disclaims any and all liability to purchaser for any consequential damages, damages for loss of use, loss of profits, property damage, or any other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the use or functioning of the Sleeper Helper™. It is expressly understood that the limited warranty set forth above is the sole and exclusive remedy of purchaser. Notwithstanding the terms of any limited warranty, and/or in the event any limited warranty provided to the purchaser fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Bower Useful Products, Inc.’s, entire liability to purchaser exceed the purchase price actually paid by purchaser for Sleeper Helper™.

Bower Useful Products, Inc., neither assumes nor authorizes any representative or any other person to assume any obligation or liability other than those expressly set forth herein.

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
